Tailored for a family in Dallas desiring a backyard office/guest house, the Westlake combines modern and farmhouse aesthetics. We wanted to prioritize personalized touches and talked a lot with the client to ensure they got exactly what they needed. Our commitment to quality is unwavering, utilizing premium materials free from formaldehydes, particle board, or MDF. Named after its urban-inspired design, this 18-ft.-long and 11-ft.-wide studio is 248-square-feet and is filled with customizable features, and was perfect for our client.
